Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds or replacements apply only for defective items or abnormal color fading. Proof (photo or video) must be provided to magnetic.bracelet.mb@gmail.com.

Timeframe

Refund or replacement requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Costs

If the defect is confirmed, SocksInStocks Ltd covers new shipping costs. If no defect is found, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Used, worn, or damaged products not caused by a manufacturing defect are non-refundable.
